Gel Packs & Ice Bricks
Ice bricks, no-sweat gel packs and regular gel packs, sized to your payload and lane. Gel is made at 7 of our 13 facilities.
Which refrigerant?
- Ice bricks keep their shape from freezer to doorstep. Use them for long transits and frozen lanes.
- No-sweat gel packs absorb condensation. Use them with chocolate, gift boxes and anything with a paper label.
- Regular gel packs are the economical default for refrigerated and frozen shipping when condensation isn't a concern.
For 2–8 °C products, frozen gel can chill a payload below its range, so buffer the product from the packs. See how many gel packs per box and how to ship peptides and GLP-1 medications.
No storage space?
We set up scheduled deliveries, multiple times a week if you need them, so you keep days of refrigerant on hand instead of months.
Ice bricks
Semi-rigid foam bricks injected with coolant and vacuum-sealed, so they keep their shape through freezing, thawing and transit. Each brick carries a set amount of coolant for consistent weight and performance. Good for long transits, frozen food and pharma.
