What it is
Two U-shaped panels (A and B) that interlock to line all six sides of a standard corrugated box. The panels ship flat and fold in at the pack station. Every version is 1.5" thick.

Does the recycled paper liner contain plastic?
No. It's made from recycled cardboard fiber with paper facings. The reflective version uses a paper-based reflective facing, not foil.
Is it recyclable?
Yes. It's 100% curbside recyclable with cardboard.
What box sizes does it fit?
The non-encapsulated version fits 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 in cube boxes. The encapsulated and reflective versions fit 10, 12, 14 and 16 in cubes. Custom sizes are available with larger minimums.
What is the minimum order?
One pallet per stock size.
How long does it keep product cold?
Thermal protection for 24 to 72 hours, depending on box size, refrigerant, payload and season. ISTA 7E validation is available for your exact pack-out.
