Recycled PET Mailer
A fiber pad mailer made from closed-loop recycled PET. The pad and the film go in the curbside bin.
What it is
A two-piece nonwoven pad of recycled PET fiber, folded around the product inside a poly bag. The pads are cut in pre-sized batches, fold flat for storage, and pack quickly.

Good for

In ISTA 7E summer-profile testing, the 12×14 in mailer with a 1" wall and one 48 oz plus one 20 oz gel pack kept a 15 mL water vial below 8 °C for 39 hours. The vial ran near 0 °C for most of the test, below the 2 °C floor, so freeze-sensitive products need conditioned gel packs or a buffer layer. ISTA 7E validation is available for your exact pack-out.
