Quotes and orders

Prices, quantities, lead times, freight, and other commercial terms are set only in a written quote from Coldfront and apply for the period that quote states. An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing. If a written quote or signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement controls for that purchase.

Thermal performance depends on the packaging configuration, refrigerant, payload, ambient conditions, transit time, and carrier handling. Hold times and test results on the site describe the specific configurations and test profiles named, and are not a guarantee of results for any particular shipment. You are responsible for confirming that a packaging configuration is suitable for your product, lanes, and seasons, including through your own testing where your product or regulations require it.

Not professional advice

Articles, guides, and other content on the site are for general information only. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, or pharmacy advice.
